Experience Summary
I have taught for the past eleven years. My teaching career started in Dayton, Ohio at Richard Allen Academy. I completed a two-week training prior to meeting my first class. The class was based on Marva Collins' ethos and her teaching style. I enjoy teaching our youth core curriculum, character education and social skills. I understand the importance of parental support and open communication.
Teaching Style
I plan my lessons and educational activites with a clear outcome. I want each lesson to address my students' individual needs. I allow opportunities to reflect upon learning experiences. My lessons have whole/small group follow-up activities.
My Hobbies
I enjoy spending quality time with my family and reading.
