Experience Summary
I have been in education for 18 years. I started in special education and general education. I taught math, English, reading, science, and history. I also taught the GED and the state test (CA). I tutored all subjects to homebound students. I facilitated reading programs and held workshops for teachers that taught special needs students. I was also a high school counselor for 5 years and have my credential in school psychology
Teaching Style
I love working with students and my style is direct teaching; I feel that a student needs to master the concept being taught before moving on to the next level.
My Hobbies
I enjoy reading and comedy. (I enjoy a good sense of humor)

I moved to Texas from CA. 8 months ago. I have been tutoring here in Texas for the past 6 months.
