Experience Summary
Received my degree from UGA in Child and Family development in 2010. I have had experience working with children and tutoring while I was in college. I don't have my teaching certification, yet, but plan on getting it soon. In the meantime, hoping to work with various age groups to help them with their homework and build my experience.
Teaching Style
I use a variety of ways to help children and young people get their work done. I believe in using what they like to do in their spare time, what they like to play with in order to help them understand what they're learning in school. Teaching by speaking is not the only way to learn, I also believe in visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning (working with the hands)
My Hobbies
Reading, writing, spending time with family and friends, singing, driving, taking pictures, watching movies and TV, working on craft projects.
