Experience Summary
am a qualified Russian language teacher and have experience in teaching in universities, offices and at home for conversation and examination preparation. I have been teaching Russian language and literature for over 10 years in a university, working with native Russian speakers and also with people from different language backgrounds. I teach individuals and groups, tailoring the tutoring to meet the individual needs. My lessons are bespoke and set to cover, amongst other things, conversational stage, grammar – reading and writing, elocution and accent softening.
I feel compelled to apply for the Russian tutoring role because I believe that my background and ambitions would be a good match to the specifications summarized in the in job criteria.
I am confident that the combination of my professional work experience in the USA (15 years) as well as in the former Soviet Union equips me well for working with people from different backgrounds.
