Experience Summary
I am an experienced math and science tutor. I am a 4.0 Nursing student at the University of Texas at Tyler. I am very comfortable teaching children of all ages, and am confident in my ability to assist students. I have tutored many children, from elementary to beginning high school. I myself have completed math up to Calculus I and Statistics. I excel in Algebra and Biology, but feel comfortable in most sciences and maths.
Teaching Style
I encourage a display-practice approach. This is when the student watches the tutor complete the problem step-by-step, and then works out a similar problem independently.
My Hobbies
I am a student, a lacrosse player, a rescue dog owner and a honda accord driver :)
