Experience Summary
21 years experience as Combat Medic, flight Medic for the U.S. Army. Completed advance courses in medical management, patient care, emergency management of patients. Pastoral experieience for almost 30 years. Public speaker for churches, schools, and many organizations. Motivational speaker for numerous organizations. Marriage counselor, personal counseling experience of over 15 years. currently pursuing doctoral degree.
Teaching Style
In my experience I have found that it is always better to not only provide the didactic, but with it there must also be an ability for the student to relate personally. As it relates to methods of instruction, I have always utilized the three step method of: 1) See one, 2) Do one, and 3) Teach one. This is also akin to crawl, walk, and run method. There must always be a teacher student means of communication that is functional and effective.
