Experience Summary
I am a mature professional educator who is recognized as a master teacher of young children. My career includes teaching nursery school through third grade and being an adjunct professor at Mount Olive College. As a dedicated early childhood instructor I have excelled as a classroom teacher and want to continue helping young students.
Teaching Style
Every child learns and every parent wants and deserves the best education for their children. Building upon a student's strengths and encouraging understanding are my teaching goals. It is important to establish a positive rapport with each child in an atmosphere that maximizes educational progress. Learning should be enjoyable, meaningful and exciting.
My Hobbies
Knitting, art journaling and walking are my primary entertainment activities. I love baking and making cookies, too.
