Experience Summary
I am a PhD student in Comparative Literature at the University of Texas at Austin, where I have been teaching since I arrived in 2005. The classes I have taught have varied in subject from British literature to 20th Century Brazilian poetry. My knowledge of Portuguese is vast: I was born in Brazil and have spoken the language since childhood, and I presently write on 20th century Brazilian writers for my dissertation.
