I have four or five years experience tutoring APS students in the NCLB program. I've been tutoring SAT/ACT students for three or four years. I've taught college composition. literature & philsophy. I've also tutored ASVAB & GED. I can help you get better test scores & prepare for college! Or I can help you improve your writing, reading & math skills for the job or for personal satisfaction!
Teaching Style
I prefer on-on-one but will also tutor small groups (2, 3, 4 etc.). I usually work with students on the UNM campus or ABQ libraries, but I also like in-home tutoring (your or mine!).
My Hobbies
My hobbies are my study & teaching! I love philsophy, fiction & poetry writing, & I like to keep intellectually active! I also like doing math & love studying foreign languages (from Greek & Latin to German, Russian & Spanish). And I like students who challenge me to study & learn with them!
