Experience Summary
I look forward to using my experience working with adults (college students, new employees, clients, professionals) to help each student to progress academically. As a professional facilitator, I am skilled at bringing students to an understanding of the material. Training new employees has provided me with the skills to help adults get oriented to new material and information.
Teaching Style
My style is based on incorporating everyday experiences to make the lessons come to life in the mind of the student. As adult learners, in particular, we look to our life experiences to inform our learning.
I work with individuals and small groups to help them to achieve understanding.
