Experience Summary
I have experience as an educator, tutor, science specialist, team leader, mentor, manager, and presenter.
My interest in data and research enhances my love for education I have worked with students that require special attention in Louisiana and Texas. I often modified and accommodated to fit the needs of students. My goal has always been to have all students learn in the modality best for them to achieve their goals.
My educational philosophy is all students will learn when instructed effectively. If a student has a thought process then they can learn. They may progress and retain information at different rates, but the potential for learning is there.
Teaching Style
My tutorial methods include organization, structure, routine, and progress. I keep track of student progress because I want to see growth. It also helps me to close gaps where deficiency in a skill may exist. I adjust my teaching methods and style based on the student's needs.
