Experience Summary
I completed my Bachelor's degree in 2001. I then decided to pursue my Master's in 2006 to get my Master's in Biology, while taking my courses I had to also take extra courses to refresh my previous biology classes. Some of which includes Human Anatomy, Physics, Neuroscience, and Chemical Analysis. I have had experience tutoring before but at the time I was tutoring a peer of mine in high school. I currently work with an eight year old on a regular basis in numerous subjects. I have also tutored some of my previous peers in some of my grad school courses.
Teaching Style
I would love to say that I have only one teaching style but I cannot tell you that. What I can say is that my teaching style will adapt to the student. When you have a student that catches on fast you are able to test their ability to understand what was taught in numerous ways. However for a student that may not grasp a concept as easily a more structured approach may be a more beneficial tool. I am capable of adapting to the student, the goal is for them to understand.
