Experience Summary
I have gained an advanced level of French through my education at Boston University and through my work experience. As a French minor, I studied French language and literature from some of the best professors in the country. I became fluent in French through my work experience at La Voile Boston Brasserie. This restaurant allowed me to practice my French everyday with French people. I have both a strong grasp on the French language and also a passion for speaking and learning French.
Teaching Style
I believe I am a great educator because I am enthusiastic about teaching children and enjoy helping kids work out solutions to problems. I use positive reinforcement to teach children while showing them how the subject they are learning can be fun. I believe that by getting a child interested in the subject at hand, they will learn it much easier. I also think that speaking a foreign language is a necessity, and starting at a young age is the best way to help children master another language. Because I am passionate about French, I know I can impart my passion and knowledge onto my students.
