Experience Summary
I have been tutoring, teaching, coaching and developing curriculum for over 25 years. I especially enjoy teaching statistics, measurement and research. For the last few years I have been applying this background in process improvement, quality and other evidence-based problem solving. I can use Minitab, SPSS, EXCEL or any other statistical software package. I've worked in large and small companies and taught multiple courses at 5 Universities and in organizations. I've especially enjoyed teaching and tutoring in statistics, research design and applying these types of approaches to solving business problems. I love to help people get those "ah ha" moments when the understanding becomes clear!
Teaching Style
I commit to helping learners truly understand the subject so they can apply what they have learned in new situations. I like to use examples that make sense to their own backgrounds. I also use a variety of pictures that I have found help them understand and integrate concepts.
