Currently I possess a strong background with over 20 years work experiences to include outstanding management, communication and interpersonal skills; a creative approach to problem solving; the ability to inspire others; a proven track record of promoting excellence, equity, and diversity.
I have a passion for, and knowledge of business which has created an opportunity for me to work with both children and adults. This position will allow me to teach individuals from all grades levels through your company. It would be my goal to combine my range of experience with my ability to be a compassionate, enthusiastic, intelligent tutor who will make a positive contribution to both your students as well as their parents.
Teaching Style
From personal experiences with my own children, it is a fact to me that students have different learning styles, characteristic strengths and preferences in the ways they learn and process information.
I am very careful with how I provide positive and negative feedback to students that I had the chance to assist by trying to establish a positive learning goals, proper expectations, and rules of conduct for them. Overall my goal has always been to develop in students the capacity for independent action, initiative, and responsibility.
