Experience Summary
I have worked as a middle school English, Reading, Writing, and Language Arts teacher for three years. I've taught students of all levels, and really enjoy searching for what is most effective for EACH student. Each kid is different, and what works for one student may or may not be best for another student. I was a the National Junior Honor Society and school newsletter sponsor for my last school.
Teaching Style
My style is mostly defined as enthusiastic and positive! An ambitious and motivating attitude is what I strive for in myself and my students. I had creative, unique, and culturally literate experiences in my own K-12 education. So I want to continue to provide the same environment where my students will learn, grow, mature, and become aware of the world outside of themselves.
