Experience Summary
I truly enjoy all aspects of education and have been a teacher at a number of levels and in different cities for eight years. I have taught students in K-12 as well as in college/university. My teaching and tutoring experience has been both one-on-one and small group settings. I have a B.S. in Political Science and History as well as multiple Masters degrees and a Ph.D. in ancient languages, literature, and history. In the last few years, I have tutored in three states (TX, KY, and FL), and two countries (USA and UK).
Teaching Style
I have had the opportunity to help students both in a one-to-one and a small group setting. I quickly learn the student's learning abilities and the areas that need improvement. I use kinetic, visual, and auditory teaching methods. Since I have been tutoring at all levels and in most subjects for eight years, I have insight for where a student is and where the student wants and needs to be.
