Experience Summary
My B.S. is in psychology and I graduated with highest honors. Additionally, I took classes in almost every subject area since I was unsure what career path I wanted to take. I have experience with chemistry, anatomy, physiology, psychology, microbiology, and all levels of math up to and including calculus. I spent some time in high school tutoring math and science. On the GRE I scored in the top ten percent as far as writing skills are concerned. I have a great deal of experience writing research papers and spent about a year in a research lab. I am currently attending graduate school in speech language pathology to become a speech therapist.
Teaching Style
I am a very patient person and I understand that everyone learns in a different way. If someone does not get a concept the first time, I try explaining in a different way. My background in psychology helps me better understand people and I am very extroverted.
