Experience Summary
I have a Masters of Science in Accounting from University of Houston. I worked 5 years in accounting and have taught accounting for 8 years, teaching both of the beginning principles classes, cost accounting, individual tax, and all semesters of intermediate accounting.
Teaching Style
My teaching style is to make learning as enjoyable as possible. I have been very successful in teaching students who thought they couldn't learn accounting, and they have told me that I made it accessible for them. I try to make my classroom (and my tutoring environment) as nonthreatening and accepting as possible while still making my students apply their knowledge to their everyday lives and the world around them.
