Experience Summary
I am passionate about learning and education. As a native of Princeton, NJ, I have tutored Princeton students in English for almost 20 years. I have also tutored in Spanish (in which I hold a BA) and French (I resided in France for 3 years). I have a wide variety of business skills, and hold a Master's degree in International Business. I have excellent communications and interpersonal skills and look forward to meeting your tutoring and learning needs. (Me gustaria mucho ayudarle)
Teaching Style
I like to adapt my style to the student's personality and learning style. Some students learn best through visual methods, some auditory and some prefer experiential learning.
While textbooks often provide a good foundation, I like to use "real world" teaching if possible. For example, I might have a student act out a situation (renting a car, for example) that he or she may encounter in real life. I am also very patient and this is a key factor for good tutoring.
