Experience Summary
I have earned my BS and MS in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Florida, which has given me a strong understanding of science and mathematics. While there I was also a teaching assistant for senior and graduate level engineering courses which required strong knowledge of geometry, algebra, and differential/integral calculus. I have strong communication skills honed from writing technical papers, giving presentations, leading study sessions, and explaining engineering exams and homework to students.
Teaching Style
I enjoy teaching and seeing students learn and become interested in the material being taught. I am very enthusiastic when it comes to math and science, and I have the knowledge and experience necessary to demonstrate how useful and interesting these subjects can be. I am patient and easy-going, and will find different ways of teaching the same material, because everyone learns differently.
