Experience Summary
I have earned bachelor degree BS in Nuclear Medicine Technology. In addition, I have earned NMTCB certification. When I was a student at UAB, I was teaching 4th grade at Japanese Saturday school for a year. During the last seven years, I had worked at in-vitro diagnostics device manufacturing company as analytical engineer as well as RA quality engineer in Japan.
Teaching Style
Based on my teaching experience, I think how to provide new information with students are very important for teacher. When I introduce new things, I try to bring realia, visual aids to help students understanding. In addition, I try to provide activity not only creating secure environment but also evaluating students understanding. I believe that all students have a potential to acquire learning, but teacher should aware of their learning style differ, therefore teacher need to integrate various teaching methods to meet their learning style.
