Experience Summary
I have dedicated my time over the past twelve years to community service, particularly with children and young adults. As a Model Coordinator for Pure Fashion, a Catholic-based program sponsored by Regnum Christi, I assisted in the development of seventy Pure Fashion models, ranging in age from 14 to 18, to become confident and competent leaders in their communities guided by faith and with respect for human dignity. As a classroom aide for School, Inc., I taught 4th grade students the basics of personal finance and entrepreneurship. I also developed lesson plans to correspond with teaching sessions.
Teaching Style
I love teaching and working with all children. I believe all children have the capacity to learn with patience, perseverance, and if appropriate methods are applied. I am patient, easy going, and considerate of others. I believe all children can meet their potential if they are given the appropriate surroundings and learning experiences. I strive to make a difference in all of my students' lives. I am currently pursing a single-subject teaching credential in Business and Economics.
