Experience Summary
I graduated in 2004 from the University of Oklahoma with my Bachelors in Business Administration. I regularly helped my fellow students survive the academic rigors of Business School. In 2009 I graduated from Texas Christian University with my Masters of Divinity. This degree was heavy in reading and writing. I have also worked for the last six years with teenagers, and as a result I have a great passion for working with them. Because of my experience, education, and background I can effectively tutor students in English, History, Business, Management, Religious classes, and Leadership classes. I would be honored to work with your student.
Teaching Style
I believe in helping the students discover their own answers. Through patient discussion and problem solving the students will better understand the subject matter. It is important to take the time and listen to their problems so as to best understand how to achieve a solution. At times learning disabilities or other problems can require creativity in reaching the student. Through my years of working with teenagers I can achieve that creativity. I am a comfortable and relaxed person. I love working with students and helping them achieve academic success. Nothing is better for me than seeing a struggling student find new and exciting success.
