Experience Summary
In 1991, I earned a dual Major BBA in Finance and Management Information Systems with honors. Concurrently with these degrees and taking 20+ credit hours per quarter, I was tutoring students in Financial Management, Algebra, and Economics. I have spent the past 15 years as an Entrepreneur while I also accomplished getting my MBA from the University of Chicago GSB/Booth School of Business in 2008. I have credible references that can attest to my personal tendency to teach.
Teaching Style
I am inclined to teach at the high school or higher level in Finance and/or Small Business Management with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship and what that entails across all functions of a small business. My primary teaching style is to help the student understand the concepts rather than simply memorization. There are many ways to develop long-term conceptual understanding of difficult topics that I have learned and have discovered. My desire is to share this knowledge with others.
