Experience Summary
I have been helping students in the classroom for 2 years and worked with Wise Choice tutoring for 2 years. I was responsible for teaching reading and providing lesson plans to fit the needs of my students. I have worked with ESE students and students with limited English speaking skills. I also tutored several students independently in Math and Reading. I am currently working toward my Masters Degree in Mathematics and learning to be more affective to higher and lower level students. I also tutor high school students in Pre-Calculus and Geometry.
Teaching Style
I enjoy working with students that make an effort to learn. I believe in going the extra mile with a student and showing them their true potential. Students need focus and hope that they can achieve any goal they set for themselves. I take pride in believing anyone can learn if they are treated in a manner that promotes success. I respect the fact that each student is unique and need a teacher that can accommodate their learning style.
