Experience Summary
I graduated with a BA in French Literature and a German Minor in December 2009. I have received a teaching assistantship in January 2010 and started a Master in Linguistics, while teaching Beginning French at Florida Atlantic University.
Due to some financial problems, I have had to put my studies on hold. In my first semester of teaching I have discovered my passion to teach, inspire and help students, and am hoping to make this my career.
I have been tutoring French, German at FAU for the past 3 years.
Teaching Style
In my first year of college I have had the chance to meet a professor who changed my life, career goals and dreams. Thanks to him I have decided that I wanted to become a teacher and to inspire children, like he inspired me.
It is hard to say what teaching style I prefer, because I believe that each person learns differently. Having studied linguistics, I have learned that no learning style is going to be beneficial, if the student is not willing to learn, but I believe that I have the ability to guide my students towards the right track, which will make them want to study. I am a very patient, passionate, friendly and understanding individual, who hope to better the world, one person at the time.
