Experience Summary
I recently graduated from Bar Ilan University in Israel with a B.Sc. in Chemistry. The program has a strong emphasis on organic chemistry and synthesis. Throughout my schooling, I frequently tutored junior student who were struggling or needed help preparing for tests.
I studied Hebrew for eight years in grade school. I continued taking advanced Hebrew Language courses in university in Israel while simultaneously attending chemistry-related lectures given exclusively in Hebrew. I have many Israeli friends with whom I converse fluently.
Teaching Style
I believe that when students are explained the fundamentals of a given subject in a clear, concise manner, they are given the tools with which to succeed. This approach eliminates the necessity for long, tedious memorization. The subject becomes fun and enlightening.
