In viewing my resume background, you will find that I hold a Ph.D., an MA, and a BBA along with a variety of Certifications or Licenses. My Texas State Teacher's Certification is a permanent non-revolkable one. Throughout my college background, I have had a wide variety of subjects, all which have prepared me to be able to assist others with their educational needs. I can assist students with anything that has to do with reading, writing, comprehension, essays, reports, vocabulary, spelling, grammar, science, history, psychology, CTE courses, business-related courses or subjects, and math.
Teaching Style
My teaching style is one that I obtained from two of my favorite college teachers whom I wished all others would duplicate themselves after. When I teach, I introduce myself and let others introduce themselves. I project an image of someone who is willing and able to assist and teach...someone who really does care (of which I have been told many times by former students). I let students know that if they have a question about anything, to please ask me. I am a detailed person and so I like to give detailed steps in achieving a desired outcome. I am positive minded and encourage my students on a positive level because how a person thinks is the direction they will be moving towards.
