Experience Summary
While serving as a division chief in a major Army Command, I had the responsibility to hire and mentor dozens of interns and recent college graduates. I have earned a bachelor's degree in Accounting, which has provided a detailed understanding of business and math. I have learned extensive grammatical skills while writing technical documents and correspondence.
Teaching Style
I have the patience and discipline to assist students in learning. I believe any child can learn if provided positive reenforcement. While you lead by example, you must require the child to learn by trying and failing on their own. The trick to success is knowing when to show the child the correct solution and preventing frustration from setting in.
