Experience Summary
I am a current graduate student in the field of Public Health and policies. I have graduated with a bachelor in public administration, both of these majors allowed me to have a clear understanding on the different techniques required to write a good essay. The diversity in each professor that I have had also allowed me to get familiar with diverse writing techniques and reading techniques. My classes also allowed me to be better acquainted with the world of public speaking and how to make it efficient. My associate degree in science gave me insights on math and science to a certain level. I have been a mentor before and I am currently doing volunteer work that allows me to use these skills to help middle school and High school kids.
Teaching Style
I believe it is important to determine what kind of learner each kid is (visual, auditory, and hands-on). This allows me to figure out a way to effectively transmit what I need in manners that would be understandable to the person I am working with. I realize that some subjects might leave little room for extreme creativity on teaching but it is still possible.
