Experience Summary
Over the past two years I have grown to love helping students in my scholastic strengths. I have gained a great deal of experience with tutoring high school students from the previous private tutoring business I've been running for two years. My daily life is surrounded by learning and I am constantly having to use math and physics knowledge in my work. I am currently a 4th year Civil Engineerign student at CalPolyPomona and have recieved a majority of A's in all my advanced math and physics classes. Over the past two years I've tutored all 3rd-12th grade Math and Physics, also I am able to tutor in College Math through Calculus 4. Teaching Style
I love working with and improving young minds. A lot of my teaching style is hands on by trying to give my students more life friendly examples. I know that I am able to take any struggling student and help them succeed in their class. I myself am a current Engineering student and I understand the struggles of learing and retaining math/science related concetps. Over the years I have gained experience teaching strategies to make the learning process easier. I've worked with group and one on one situations and now have a great understanding of high school teaching techniques.
