Experience Summary
I have been working with children since I was 16. I have worked with students from different types of backgrounds, economic statuses, and personailities. I have earned my BS in elementary education and was placed in various schools. I have experience with with a wide variety of dufferent students through Boys and Girls Club, Project Reads, and Girl Scouts. I have been subbing for Fort Wayne Community Schools since Febrary 2009. For the 2009-2010 school year, I worked as a Reading Interventionist working with children in Kindergarten-3rd grades.
Teaching Style
I always wanted to be a teacher growing up. I enjoy working with children. I believe that every student is capable of learning and forming a love for education. I believe if you give a child the tools to learn, they will take those tools and be successful at life and in educaiton. Children is our future and I make it my mission to make our future better than our present. I know if we provide our students with the proper utensils, our future will be successful.
