Experience Summary
I have two years experience as a special education teacher in an inclusive setting and as a resource teacher. I am very compassionate about helping students to achieve and to believe that " if anybody else can do it, I can do it to." I have tutored in my church tutorial program and for the Metropolitian Certified Teachers Program; where we provided services for struggling students to improve their scores on the SAT and other statewide exams.I have obtain extensive skills and knowledge in administiring tests, developing IEP's and collaborating with staff, families and others. My favorite subject to tutor is reading.
Teaching Style
I enjoy working with all students. I believe the greatest experience is learning from the students. All children are unique and have different views of recieving what is being taught. I believe that it is my duty to seek ways to help that child reach his/her highest potenials. I demand high expectations and values from each student. I have a driven determination in providing my best to each student. I may not reach all as desired but, it is my goal to provide my best.
