Experience Summary
I am a very reliable, dependable, caring and compassionate person and I have a very strong and diverse educational background. I am very strong in Reading and English. I also have taught ESOL and GED in the School System and have a great deal of patience with that! I am very knowledgeable of study skills. I also am an ADHD coach and Life Coach and therefore have many methods and tips for being successful with ADD or ADHD or life coaching skills. I look forward to helping you with the skills that you need to be successful both in your life,school and your career!
Teaching Style
My teaching style is very progressive. I utilize Howard Gardner's Multiple Intelligences quite a bit. I try my best with individualized testing to identify the students learning style. Then once this is identified, I can teach using the way that the student learns the most effectively.An aha light goes off and they understand the material now with a proud smile. To me, the best part of teaching is when the student starts to understand the material!
