Experience Summary
As a chemist I earned my associate degree and bachelor degree in teaching chemistry and mathematics. I was a teacher for about 10 years in Ethiopia since 1996 at different levels of education, which is from middle school to college instructor. After I came to United State of America in 2007, I sent my document to educational credential evaluators and they evaluated and gave me equivalent bachelor degree in teaching chemistry at high school in America. After that I am teaching physics and chemistry in high school for the last two years.
Teaching Style
Chemistry is a science of experiment, and highly affects the lives of everybody. My students have different back ground and are from different parts of the world. I believe that every student can learn chemistry in different ways. Above all my unique ability is to appear at any time that the students need help, including my prep time. I am very talented teacher in all sciences and mathematics which makes me different from many other teachers. Since I became a teacher I have tutored students in mathematics, biology, general science, chemistry, and physics other than teaching. I am also tutoring students at University of Minnesota and Saint Paul College since 2007.
