Experience Summary
While going to college for my education degree, I taught preschool for 5 and 1/2 years before my semester of student teaching in Kindergarten before graduation. A few months after receiving my BA and Teaching Certificate, I began teaching preschool again and have substituted middle school some as well. I have also held a Child Development Associate while teaching preschool.
Teaching Style
I truly enjoy teaching children. Each child is different and learn in different ways, so I use the teaching types to make sure each child is learning the best way they can. I believe children learn the most through hands-on activities and through play. That way the student can discover many ways to learn and understand fundamentals of their teachings.
