Experience Summary
I am a retired CPA and Attorney at Law.As trial counsel for a Major law firm I handled all tax related matters and also retained a parnership in a CPA firm. All aspects of accounting from complicated audits to write-ups and tax preparation as well as Federal and State tax audits were handled by me. For several years I was on the speakers bureau for the Bar Assoc.and made presentations to other attorneys. I more recently obtained a California Real Estate Brokers license and was in charge of training new agents and still give advanced training to new and experienced agents.
Teaching Style
I have enjoyed training accountants,lawyers and real estate agents and would relish the opportunity to work with and train prospective accountants. It is a great satisfaction to share my knowledge and see individuals I have trained become successful and then continue to call me for advice and guidance when a problem arises. As a trial attorney I learned how to deal with people, how to organize my matters for a presentation to a judge,a jury and even IRS agents.
