Teaching Style
I have a firm belief in our country's educational system. I tend to view learning as a lifelong process; there is so much we can achieve, even on a daily basis. As an educator, I have a strong content area background, receiving distinguished remarks on each evaluation I've had. My experience with literature, composition, reading, analysis, and critical techniques is unparalleled. Additionally, I look at instructing as a "two-way street". I am fair whenever I need to be fair and strict on issues I need to be strict on. There is no rule-book that states learning can't be fun and exciting! I love being an English educator; I usually learn just as much from my students as they hopefully learn from me.
