Teaching Style
I like to give students examples, I think seeing examples helps them to remember the steps and learn it. Then I like to assist them trying problems out on their own.
I think being patient while teaching is so important. With math especially it is practice that makes people more comfortable doing it and more confident doing new things. Once the student understands and can do a problem they just need to practice and do as many problems as they can to really remember the process.
