Experience Summary
I earned my Bachelor of Music Education degree in voice and piano. I have been teaching private voice and piano for 11 years and perform at various retirement, alzheimers and adult day health care facilities. I am active in the California Music Teachers Assocation and am currently President of the Mount Diablo Music Education Foundation.
Teaching Style
I use a positive approach when teaching my students - we never use the word 'hard' or 'can't'. I have an easy-going style that keeps the student comfortable and in a place to learn. I change my style to adapt to each students needs and I never let them give up.
