Experience Summary
I have been a public school music educator for three years, and have taught privately for ten years. I have had the opportunity to teach elementary, middle school, high school, and college, and have worked with students as young as six, and as young as seventy-five. I have earned a BA in Music with emphasis in composition, and a Masters in Music with Jazz Studies emphasis. I have taught private, and group lessons in Guitar, Bass, Trumpet, and Music Theory.
Teaching Style
I love teaching and working with students of all ages and backgrounds. I am a patient and positive, and find that my easy going nature puts people at ease. My teaching is "student centered", and I design a course of study that is catered to the student's interest.
