Teaching Style
My approach is warm supportive, and encouraging. I provide detailed, tailored, and positive feedback to each child. I am consistent in my validation and in my belief in each child's potential.
I believe strongly that every child can learn, if given accurately defined instruction and support to meet their learning needs. I always say "Raise the bar high, hold high expectations, provide support - and the child will rise to it!"
I have the enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge base to support each child and to teach to each child's individual strengths. I strive to increase each child's self-esteem in the process. A confident learner is a successful learner.
