Experience Summary
In addition to my undergraduate degree, I have many graduate credits in education including elementary math,science and reading. I have taught full time in an elementary classroom for 14 years and substitute taught for almost as many. My experiences include tutoring at the elementary and high school level.
Teaching Style
I am of the opintion that all students can learn. If my method of teaching is not working, I will pursue all methods available by communicating with my peers for ideas. My students learn my expectations early on ,then I am their facilitator. I prefer discovery learning and implement hands-on learning whenever possible.
