Experience Summary
I have worked with children from grades K-9; primarily focusing on children in grades K-6. Over the past few years, I have had the wonderful opportunity to work with children of diverse groups, including those students with disabilities, those students performing at grade level, and those students who were performing above grade level as well.
I now hold three New York State Certifications, and a masters degree in teaching. My certifications are childhood education 1-6, Special Education 1-6, and Literacy B-6. I have been a student teacher, an intern, and am currently working as a substitute teacher.
Teaching Style
My experiences have made me realize that I truly have a passion for teaching and love to observe children express their creativity and imagination in their work. I strive to create lifelong learners who continue to have excitement for learning and who are passionate about school each and every day.
