Experience Summary
I am a retired trial lawyer from the State of Maryland. My career as a trial lawyer spanned 26 years and included hundreds of jury and non-jury trials in State and Federal Courts.I am still a member of the Washington D.C. Bar.My writing experience includes hundreds of motions and dozens of briefs.I have taught some college level courses in the Criminal Justice area. I taught ESL in South Korea for two months. I have taught Reading and Essay writing for a year. I also teach ACT Test preparation for these subjects At present I am tutoring several students.
Teaching Style
I enjoy teaching and working with all children. I believe that virtually all children can learn with the proper motivation and encouragement. My grandchildren do complain that I turn everything into a teaching experience. My most cherished desire is to pass on to another generation the best education possible.I am patient and willing to work on an issue until the student has fully grasped the solution.
