I began my position in the two classes and ended as the Preschool Teacher. My objectives were to plan and implement lesson plans along with behavioral and time management.
Teaching Style
Ever since I was a young girl, I enjoyed helping and teaching friends and family. As I grew older, I knew that I was ready to become an educator. Every student has a right to learn. There are many diverse students inside the classroom, but an effective teacher can reach every one of those students. As a teacher, it is imperative to create multiple paths to assist those students and their learning needs. I teach to reach visual learners, auditory learners, and kinestheitc learners. Also, every child needs to be appreciated, heard, and respected.
