Experience Summary
I am a Science teacher with Dallas Independent School District. I have been teaching for 7 years. I completed my M.S. in Education (Dec. 09). I am currently pursuing an ED.d-Higher Education and Adult Learning. I am certified in Science 8-12; which includes the following: Science 8, Biology, Intergrated Chemistry and Physics (IPC), & Chemistry.
Teaching Style
I have been doing one on one tutoring with students for 2years (outside the classroom). I teach students based on their learning styles (Logical, Existential, Interpersonal, Kinesthetic, Verbal, and Visual). Discovering and using learning styles is a key to being a successful tutor. Like everything else about students, their learning style is uniquely their own, different from anyone else's.
