Experience Summary
I have thoroughly enjoyed teaching throughout my entire life. I put myself through Cal State Los Angeles, earning a Multiple Subject Credential, Special Ed. Credential, and a Reading/Language Arts Specialist Credential. I have worked and tutored many 'At Risk' students, and pupils with behavioral issues. I am a very patient person, very compassionate, and have a very strong sense of fair play. I am a very dependable individual, and feel that I could be a great asset to your organization.
Teaching Style
I have a very structured classroom, yet I believe in 'teachable moments'. I work with the children 'where they are', and make progress accordingly. I believe in positive reinforcement, and I am very sincere with compliments. I've had much experience teaching any subject to any age K-12. I consider each pupil an individual, and provide one on one instruction to each and every student. I believe in contact with parents on a regular basis. It is my firm commitment to make students lifelong achievers.
