Experience Summary
I have graduated from Iowa State University with a major in Finance and minor in Statistics. I have a strong background in math and have taken up to Calculus II. I have experience tutoring Calculus and Statistics at the college level for five semesters. Working with students is something I really enjoy. I have experience working with a non-profit organization at the college level and another one at the elementary school level. I also have mentored children and worked with them at my churches.
Teaching Style
Every person is different and requires a unique style for learning. I have used many different styles in my experiences, and I tend to use the one that works the best for that individual. Some are visual learners while others need to learn by trial and error. I am easy going, flexible, and patient. I believe all children can meet their potential if they are granted the necessary experiences and surroundings.
